The AlWood School District is proud to announce that one of the fabulous kindergarten teachers at AlWood Elementary School has earned a special award from the Illinois State Board of Education.
Mrs. Darcie Berry has been recognized with the "Award of Meritorious Service" in the Classroom Teacher category. This award is presented to educators who have shaped their school community for the better and have made a positive impact.
