On Thursday, November 9th, AlWood Elementary School hosted local veterans for their annual Veterans Day Program. District Transportation & Maintenance Director and shop teacher, Wayne Morgan, was the guest speaker. He spoke to the students about his time in a tank battalion in the United States Marine Corps.
